摘　　要：目的探讨手针配合康复治疗中风后肩手综合征的临床疗效。方法将80例患者按照随机原则平均分为治疗组、对照组。其中治疗组采用手针加康复方法,对照组则进行康复治疗。结果通过临床对比,手针加康复方法对于中风后肩手综合征的临床疗效相较优于单纯康复治疗,症状改善明显。治疗组总有效率为87.50%(35/40),对照组总有效率62.50%(25/40)。结论手针加康复治疗中风后肩手综合征疗效优于单纯康复治疗。Objective To explore the clinical effect of hand acupuncture combined with rehabilitation on shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given hand acupuncture plus rehabilitation treatment,while the control group was given rehabilitation treatment.Through clinical observation,it was found that the clinical effect of hand acupuncture plus rehabilitation on shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke was better than that of rehabilitation alone,and the symptoms improved significantly.Results The total effective rate was 87.50%(35/40)in the treatment group and 62.50%(25/40)in the control group.Conclusion The effect of hand acupuncture and rehabilitation on shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke is better than that of rehabilitation alone.
