摘　　要：经方温经汤本为治疗妇科杂病,笔者通过其加减广泛应用于治疗男、女生殖系统疾病。本文介绍了笔者运用温经汤辨治原发性痛经、带下病、产后恶露不绝、女性不孕症及男性少弱精子症的验案,并加以分析。这主要基于生殖系统疾病多为虚寒夹瘀的病理特点,以及温经汤的温经散寒化瘀功效,充分体现了中医辨证论治、整体观念和异病同治的原则。The classical prescription Wenjing decoction is the treatment of miscellaneous gynecological diseases.And it is widely used to treat male and female reproductive diseases.This article describes the author’s use of Wenjing decoction to treat primary dysmenorrhea,underlying disease,postpartum lochia,female infertility and male oligozoospermia,and analyze the reason.This is mainly based on the deficiency pathological characteristics of the reproductive system diseases,and the warming and dispelling effect of Wenjing decoction,which fully reflects the principles of TCM syndrome differentiation,overall concept and the treatment of different diseases.
