基于中西医结合理论分娩计划对抑郁产妇分娩结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨对产前抑郁产妇采用中西医结合理论建立分娩计划对分娩结局的影响。方法选取2014年12月—2019年12月进行产前护理的60例抑郁产妇作为研究对象。对照组采用常规产前教育,试验组除常规产前教育外,采用中西医结合理论建立分娩计划书,护理人员根据分娩计划书的需求实施人性化护理。结果试验组剖宫产率、阴侧切率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组产后2 h出血率高于试验组,但是差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。1 min Apgar评分结果,试验组8~10构成比高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论建立中西医结合分娩计划书可以有效改善抑郁产妇分娩结局,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of the birth plan on the prenatal depression of pregnant women with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine theory.Methods Sixty depressed pregnant women undergoing antenatal care in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The control group used routine prenatal education.In addition to the routine prenatal education,the experimental group used the theory of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine to establish a delivery plan.Results Nursing staff implemented humanized nursing according to the needs of the delivery plan.The cesarean section rate and vaginal incision rate in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The 2 hour postpartum hemorrhage rate was higher in the control group than in the test group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).At 1 minute Apgar score,the composition ratio of 8-10 in the test group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the test components was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The establishment of a traditional Chinese and western medicine delivery plan can effectively improve the delivery outcomes of depressed mothers and is worth promoting.
