中西医结合治疗外感发热临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨热灸、敷贴穴位联合中西医药物治疗对外感发热患者的临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析2018年5月—2019年5月西湖区绳金塔街道社区卫生服务中心收治的外感发热(84例)患者的临床资料,视其治疗方案的不同给予分组,分别为对照组(常规西药+自拟清热解表汤,42例)与观察组(热灸、敷贴穴位+常规西药+自拟清热解表汤,42例)。2组均连续治疗3 d,观察2组临床症状变化情况、痊愈时间及不良反应。结果观察组开始发汗、退热起效及痊愈时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为7.14%(3/42),低于对照组的23.81%(10/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热灸、敷贴穴位联合中西医药物可有效提高外感发热患者临床疗效,缩短临床症状消失时间,降低不良反应发生率,增加治疗安全性。Objective To explore the clinical application of the combination of the combination of the combination of the traditional Chinese and western medicine with the combination of the traditional Chinese medicine and the western medicine.Methods The clinical data of the patients with exogenous fever(84 cases)from May of 2018 to May 2019 were analyzed retrospectively,and the groups were given different groups according to the treatment protocol,and the control group(conventional western medicine and self-proposed heat-clearing and solution-clearing decoction,42 cases)and observation group(hot-moxibustion,application of acupuncture point,conventional western medicine,self-proposed heat-clearing and solution-clearing decoction(42 cases).The two groups were treated with continuous treatment for 3 days,and the changes of clinical symptoms,the time of recovery and the adverse reactions were observed.Results The effect of sweating,fever and the time of recovery in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.14%,which was lower than that of the control group(23.81%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of the traditional Chinese and western medicine with the combination of the traditional Chinese medicine and the western medicine can effectively improve the clinical curative effect of the exogenous febrile patients,shorten the time of disappearance of the clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and increase the safety of the treatment.
