摘　　要：本文综述列举近5年胃癌前病变相关的常见分子信号通路和中医药在癌前病变信号通路的干预研究。在中医治未病“既病防变”理论指导下,重视胃癌前病变的病因和发病机制的研究,总结中医药在信号通路治疗靶点,期待进一步提高中医药防治疗效。Intestinal metaplasia(IM)and Dysplasia(Dys)are considered as gastric precancerous lesions(PLGC).This review lists the common molecular signaling pathways associated with precancerous lesions of gastric cancer and the intervention studies of traditional Chinese medicine in precancerous lesions in recent 5 years.Under the guidance of the theory of“prevention of existing diseases”,the research on the etiology and pathogenesis of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer should be paid attention to,and the therapeutic targets of traditional Chinese medicine in signal pathway should be summarized,so as to further improve the therapeutic efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.
