摘  要:提出了一款加载EBG反射板且工作于ISM波段2.45 GHz的天线系统,可应用于体域网通信。采用单极子天线作为辐射主体,利用梯度馈线结构和地板蚀刻环形缝隙的方法调节天线端口匹配;在天线底部加载一块2×2阵列的风车型EBG反射板结构用以提升天线增益性能并增强与人体之间的隔离。仿真结果表明,风车型EBG反射板的加载能够提升天线增益和前后比的幅度分别为4.5 dBi和17 dB,对人体组织SAR值缩减达到95%以上,且加载反射板之后天线系统整体尺寸约为0.46λ。测试结果显示:天线工作带宽为65 MHz,中心频点2.45 GHz处回波损耗为-20 dB,在人体不同部位测试时辐射性能稳定,实测结果与仿真结果较为吻合。An antenna system working in ISM band of 2.45 GHz with EBG reflector is proposed,which can be applied to wireless body area network(WBAN).The monopole antenna is used as main radiator,impedance matching is achieved through gradient feeding and ground etching slots.A 4-cell array electromagnetic band gap(EBG)reflector is attached to the bottom of the antenna to improve the gain and enhance the isolation between antenna and human body.The simulation results show that the use of EBG reflector can increase the gain and front to back ratio with 4.5 dBi and 17 dB respectively.In addition,the specific absorption rate(SAR)can be reduced by more than 95%while loading the EBG reflector and the overall size of the antenna system is just 0.46λ×0.46λ.The test results show that the-10 dB bandwidth of the antenna is 65 MHz and the return loss at 2.45 GHz is-20 dB,the radiating performance is stable on different body parts,the measured results match well with the simulation results.
