摘 要:针对亟需新型氯化锌(ZnCl2)与氯化钙(CaCl2)混合盐液体除湿剂的高精度比定压热容数据,在ZnCl2与CaCl2不同摩尔比(n(ZnCl2):n(CaCl2)=1:2、1:1和2:1)、温度范围为308.15~348.15 K、溶质的质量分数为10%~40%条件下,测定了混合盐液体除湿剂的比定压热容,得到了精度较高的ZnCl2/CaCl2混合盐液体除湿剂比定压热容经验关联式。该经验关联式与实验数据之间的平均绝对偏差为0.50%,与文献中的计算通用关联式相比,其最大绝对偏差(MAD)由9.71%降为1.79%。结果表明,该经验关联式能更好地满足工程应用上对高精度比定压热容计算的需求。In order to meet the potential demands of high-precise calculation of specific isobaric heat capacity for new mixed ZnCl2/CaCl2 solute liquid desiccants,experimental heat capacity of ZnCl2/CaCl2 with different molar ratios(n(ZnCl2):n(CaCl2)=1:2,1:1 and 2:1)was measured from 308.15 to 348.15 K with solute mass concentrations from 10%to 40%.A high-precise empirically correlated equation was obtained to calculate specific isobaric heat capacity of the mixed ZnCl2/CaCl2 solute liquid desiccants,and the average absolute deviation between the calculated and experimental results was 0.50%.Compared with general equation calculation from literature,the maximum absolute deviation(MAD)reduces from 9.71%to 1.79%.Moreover,the empirically correlated equation could better match the engineering requirements of high-precise calculation of specific isobaric heat capacity for mixed ZnCl2/CaCl2 solute liquid desiccants.
