摘  要:油品的水污染不仅会影响油液性能,而且会危害设备的安全运行,通过聚结过滤去除油品中的水分是解决这些问题的有效方法。采用湿法成网工艺制备玻璃纤维滤毡,然后用纳米二氧化硅对其表面进行粗化处理,并用含有KH550的环氧树脂溶液进行黏合和改性。通过测试接触角、拉伸强度和油水分离性能对改性效果进行表征。结果表明,疏水纤维滤毡在空气中水的最大接触角约为132°,正十二烷中水的最大接触角约为150°,且具有良好机械性能和耐溶剂性能。制备的疏水纤维滤毡油水分离效率与商用纤维毡相近,但其过滤压降要比商用纤维毡低22%。因此,制备的纤维滤毡在油水分离领域具有良好的应用前景。The water pollution of oils could not only affect oil performance,but also endanger the safety of the equipment.Coalescence filtration is an effective way to remove water from water-bearing oils.In this research,glass fiber felt was prepared by the wet-laying method and its surface was roughened with nano-silica,and hydrophobically modified by an epoxy resin solution with KH550.The modification effect was characterized by contact angle,tensile strength and oil/water separation performance.The results show that the maximum contact angle of the hydrophobic fiber felt in air and n-dodecane were about 132°and 150°,respectively.The fiber felt has good mechanical properties and solvent resistance.Moreover,the oil/water separation performance of the prepared fiber felt is similar to that of the commercial fiber felt,and its filtration pressure drop is 22%lower than that of the latter.The prepared products have a good application prospect in the field of oil/water separation.
