摘 要:为了解决吸水树脂吸水倍率不可控的问题,以海藻酸钠(SA)为原料,丙烯酸(AA)为单体,聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯-700(PEGDA-700)和四烯丙基溴化铵(TAAB)为混合交联剂,采用水溶液聚合法制备了一种具有温度响应性能的PAA/SA半互穿网络结构吸水树脂。利用扫描电镜对凝胶网络结构进行分析,并对吸水树脂在不同环境温度下的溶胀性能、吸水动力学及温度响应性能进行测定。结果表明,半互穿网络结构的PAA/SA与PAA相比,吸水后凝胶网络结构更为疏松。随PEGDA-700、TAAB配比的改变,吸水树脂在不同温度下溶胀性能差异较大,吸水动力学符合Schott准二级动力学方程。在质量比m(PEGDA-700)/m(AA)、m(TAAB)/m(AA)分别为0.12%、0.14%条件下制备的吸水树脂表现出明显的温度响应性能,吸水倍率随环境温度的升高逐步增大,且吸水倍率可由温度控制。In order to solve the problem of uncontrollable water absorption,a temperature-responsive superabsorbent with semi-interpenetrating network was prepared by aqueous solution polymerization using sodium alginate(SA)as a raw material,acrylic acid(AA)as a monomer,polyethylene glycol diacrylate-700(PEGDA-700)and tetraallylammonium bromide(TAAB)as mixed crosslinking agents.The network structure of gels was analyzed and characterized by scanning electron microscopy.The water absorption kinetics and the temperature response at different temperatures were studied.The results show that PAA/SA has looser network than PAA.The swelling ratios are obviously different at various temperatures with the change of mass ratios between PEGDA-700 and TAAB.The water absorption kinetics was well fitted by the Schott’s pseudo second order kinetic equation.The superabsorbent showed excellent temperature-responsive property under the condition of mass ratios of PEGDA-700 to AA and TAAB to AA of 0.12%and 0.14%respectively.The swelling ratios increased gradually with the increase of environmental temperature and can be controlled by temperature.
