摘　　要：后发追赶背景下,技术基础薄弱的本土企业如何提升创新能力成为理论难题。基于搜索时机的平行搜索能打破资源瓶颈,提升后发追赶企业的突破性创新能力和创新绩效。基于资源基础理论和企业能力理论,依据“知识战略-内部能力-绩效结果”研究范式,构建了平行搜索、突破性创新能力和企业创新绩效的理论模型。通过对290份制造企业调研样本的实证研究,得出以下结论:平行搜索对突破性创新能力有积极影响,其中领先搜索是提升突破性创新能力的主要因素;平行搜索对企业创新绩效提升有积极影响,且跟随搜索的影响效应优于领先搜索;突破性创新能力是平行搜索与企业创新绩效间的中介变量;跟随搜索和领先搜索对突破性创新能力的影响,随企业处于技术跨越的不同阶段而独立演化。Under the background of catching up,how to improve the innovation capability of local enterprises with weak technological bases becomes a theoretical dilemma.Parallel search based on search timing may overcome the resource and capability constraints of catch-up firms and improve the radical innovation capability and firm innovation performance.Based on resource-based and capability-based view,the research paradigm of"knowledge strategy-internal capability-performance result"is constructed and the theoretical model of parallel search,radical innovation capability and firm innovation performance is constructed.Through the empirical research of 290 samples of manufacturing enterprises,the following conclusions are drawn:parallel search has a positive effect on radical innovation capability,among which leading search is the main factor to enhance radical innovation capability;parallel search has a positive effect on firm innovation performance,and the effect of following search on firm innovation performance is better than that of leading search;radical innovation capability is the mediating variable between parallel search and firm innovation performance;both following search and leading search have a positive effect on radical innovation capability,which evolves independently with different stages of technological leapfrogging.
