摘  要:从耐盐碱种质鉴定、生理生化机制解析(活性氧代谢、pH水平、脯氨酸含量及离子渗透平衡机制等)以及相关基因及功能等方面,对国内外野生大豆(Glycine soja)耐盐碱种质鉴定及其机制的研究进展进行了综述,并对今后研究方向进行了展望。Wild soybean(Glycine soja)is an annual legume plant,as the wild close species of cultivated soybean(Glycine max).Some of wild soybeans have a strong resistance to stress,especially to the saline-alkali stress.In this paper,the identification of salt-tolerant germplasm as well as physiological and biochemical mechanisms(functions reactive oxygen metabolism,pH level,proline content and ion osmotic equilibrium mechanism),saline-alkali genes and functions of wild soybean under saline-alkali stress were reviewed.And the germplasm identification and resistance mechanism of wild soybean to saline-alkali stress were expounded both at home and abroad.At last,the prospects of wild soybean research were supposed in the future.
