摘  要:首先通过分时电价策略改善系统负荷曲线、增加风电上网空间,其次采取含蓄热电锅炉与热电厂互补供热方式作为消纳弃风的主要手段;以系统运行成本最低为目标函数,考虑需求响应和含蓄热电锅炉供热构建电热联合系统调度模型,Matlab中调用CPLEX对模型中机组出力、需求响应和蓄热电锅炉储放热求解。算例分析结果表明所述方法相比传统热电联产调度模式可提高风电消纳和减少一次能源消耗。In the heating season in the northern China,the existence of“thermoelectric coupling”for cogeneration units is the main cause why wind power is abandoned.Wind power heating is an effective way to dissipate wind power.First,the time-of-use price strategy could optimize the system load curve to increase the potential grid-connected wind power.Second,the wind power heating project adopts the electric boiler with heat storage,which is complementary to the thermal power plant,as the main means of consumeing the wind power.By taking the lowest system operating cost as the objective function,and considering the demand response and the heat supply of the storage-storage electric boiler,an electric-heating combined system scheduling model was constructed.CPLEX is called in Matlab to solve the unit combination,demand response,and heat-storage of the storage-storage electric boiler in the model.It shows that the method can improve wind power consumption and reduce primary energy consumption compared with the traditional cogeneration scheduling model.
