摘 要:搭建了可测量任意间谐波激励下变压器铁心振动噪声的实验平台,在此基础上研究了间谐波对铁心振动噪声的影响。首先通过实验测量了不同间谐波激励条件下振动位移和噪声波形,然后归纳了间谐波的频率和幅值对变压器铁心振动和噪声的影响规律,并运用频谱分析总结了间谐波作用下变压器铁心的振动位移和噪声的频率特性,为分析电力变压器等设备在间谐波下的振动噪声问题奠定了理论基础。An experimental platform was established to measure the vibration and noise of a transformer core under arbitrary interharmonic excitation.On this experimental platform,the influence of interharmonics on vibration and noise was investigated.The waveforms of vibration displacement and noise under different interharmonic excitation conditions were measured.Then,the influence of the frequency and amplitude of interharmonics on the vibration and noise of transformer core was investigated.The frequency characteristics of vibration displacement and noise of transformer core under interharmonics were summarized by frequency analysis.The results of this paper lay a theoretical foundation for further researches on the vibration and noise problems of power transformers and other equipment under interharmonics.
