抗菌药物科学化管理在骨科的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的综合分析我院抗菌药物使用强度与手术切口感染的相关性,为提高我院骨科抗菌药物临床应用合理性提供参考。方法回顾性分析2017年和2019年我院骨科在科学化管理抗菌药物使用前后的各项相关数据,如抗菌药物使用强度和切口感染率等,并进行比较分析。结果在科学化管理抗菌药物使用后,我院骨科抗菌药物使用强度显著降低,而切口感染率并未出现升高。结论通过科学化管理抗菌药物,提高了骨科抗菌药物使用合理性,有效控制了细菌耐药,进一步保障了医疗质量与医疗安全,值得临床推广。Objective To comprehensively analyze the correlation between the intensity of antibiotics use and surgical incision infection in our hospital,so as to provide reference for rational administration of antibiotics in the orthopedics department.Methods The relevant data before and after adopting the scientific management of antibiotics(referred to as the new management system hereafter)in the orthopedics department in 2017 and 2019 were analyzed retrospectively,such as the intensity of antibiotics use and surgical incision infection rate.Results After adopting the new management system,the intensity of antibiotics used in the orthopedics department was significantly reduced while the incidence of incision infection did not increase.Conclusion Through the adoption of the new management system,the rationality of the antibiotics administration in the orthopedics department was improved.Drug resistance was effectively prevented,and medical quality and safety were further guaranteed.The new management system is worthy of clinical promotion.
