摘　　要：当发生重大疫情时,无论传染病专科医院还是综合医院都有可能成为医疗救治定点医院。我院作为传染病专科医院,成为此次新冠肺炎疫情应对过程的定点医院,承担了负责收治北京市新冠肺炎确诊病例特别是危重症病例,排查并收治疑似病例等任务。定点医院的应急管理不同于常态下的医院管理。文章结合我院以往工作经历和这次承担新型冠状病毒肺炎医疗救治任务的实践过程,就医院应急管理的具体做法和体会进行了深入梳理和思考,以期为相关医院承担应急任务或制定应急预案提供参考。Both infectious diseases hospitals and general hospitals may become designated hospitals for a major epidemic.As a specialized hospital for infectious diseases,our hospital is the designated hospital during the response to coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).The hospital is responsible for the treatment of confirmed COVID-19 cases,especially the severe and critical cases,and the screening and admission of suspected cases in Beijing.The emergency management of COVID-19 in a designated hospital is different from the regular hospital management.This article introduces and summarizes our previous work and the current practice of COVID-19 management in our hospital,in an attempt to provide evidences for hospitals undertaking public health emergency tasks or formulating emergency response plans.
