摘 要:高校教师通过制定合理的职业规划,不仅关系教师自身人生价值的实现,而且也关系学校人才强校战略实施,是提高学校教育教学质量和水平,推动学校整体目标实现的重要保证之一。该文以安徽省某医学专科学校的专任教师为例,以职业生涯规划基本理论为指导,剖析了职业规划制定的意义、职业规划的现状、职业规划的目标设置和优化等问题,提出通过专任教师的个人职业规划获得发展,打造一支具有较高教学科研能力和医疗技能的教师队伍,从而提高学校的教育水平和社会声誉,最终达到双赢的目标。The reasonable career planning of college teachers is not only related to the realization of teachers'own life value,but also determines the strategy of strengthening the school with talents,improving the quality and level of school education and teaching,and promoting the realization of the overall goal of the school.Guided by the basic theory of career planning,this paper focused on full-time teachers in a medical college in anhui province,analyzed the significance of the development of the career planning,discussed the present situation and problems of career planning.Goal setting and optimization were studied.Teachers with higher teaching competence,research ability and medical skills should be cultivateds by individual career planning,so as to improve the level of school education and good social reputation,and finally achieve a win-win goal.
