摘　　要：目的:探讨呼吸治疗小组在ICU呼吸机设备管理中的应用效果。方法:某院于2017年成立呼吸治疗小组,对科室18台呼吸机设备进行标准化管理,对比分析2016年与2017年科室呼吸机设备完好率以及维修费用。结果:2017年呼吸机设备完好率高于2016年,差异有统计学意义(P=0.041)。2017年呼吸机平均维修费用低于2016年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:呼吸治疗小组管理能够有效提高呼吸机设备的完好率,降低维修费用。Objective:To explore the application effect of respiratory therapy group in the management of ventilator equipment in ICU.Methods:A respiratory treatment group was established in 2017 to standardize the management of 18 ventilator equipment in the Department.The intact rate and maintenance cost of ventilator equipment in 2016 and 2017 were compared and analyzed.Results:The intact rate of ventilator equipment in 2017 was higher than that in 2016,the difference was statistically significant (P=0.041).The average maintenance cost of ventilator in 2017 was lower than that in 2016,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001).Conclusion:The respiratory treatment group can effectively improve the intact rate of ventilator equipment and reduce the maintenance cost.
