超声清创机联合hbFGF治疗慢性创面临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声清创机联合人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(hbFGF)在治疗慢性创面中的应用效果。方法:将80例慢性创面患者随机分为实验治疗组和常规换药组,实验治疗组采用第三军医大学野战外科研究所研制的UWI-Ⅱ型超声清创机联合人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗慢性创面,比较两组患者总住院时间、细菌清创率、创面缩小程度。结果:实验治疗组患者的总住院时间、细菌清创率、创面缩小程度均优于常规换药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用超声清创机联合人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在治疗慢性创面能彻底清除创面坏死组织,减少感染,促进创面愈合,缩短住院时间,减轻患者痛苦。Objective:To investigate and compare conventional therapy with ultrasound debridement machine and recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor treatment in the clinical curative effect of chronic wounds Methods:80 patients with chronic wounds were randomly assigned treatment group and routine treatment group,the treatment group uses the Chinese people's liberation army third military medical university institute of field surgery developed UWI-Ⅱultrasonic debridement machine and recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factorin patients with chronic wounds,Then admission to the fresh time interval of the wound,the total length of hospital stay,wound bacterial clearance rate were recorded and statistically analyzed to judge the better curative effects(P<0.05).Conclusion:the application of ultrasound debridement combined and recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor in the treatment of chronic wound shorten the treatment time,and reduce the infection of the wound.
