摘　　要：右美托咪啶是新一代α2-肾上腺素受体激动剂,由于其具有的镇静、镇痛、减少手术应激和术后谵妄、心血管的稳定作用以及对呼吸系统的保护功能,使得右美托咪啶在临床上得到了广泛的使用。其独特的优势已越来越受临床医生所青睐,目前在神经外科、心外科以及儿科手术的临床麻醉中大范围使用,且获得了显著的效果。该文对右美托咪啶的药理学特点以及其在神经外科、心血管外科、儿科手术麻醉中的应用予以综述。Dexmedetomidine is a new generation ofα2-adrenergic receptor agonist,it has been widely used in clinical practice due to its sedative,analgesic,reducing surgical stress and postoperative delirium,cardiovascular stabilization and respiratory protection.Its unique advantages have been increasingly favored by clinicians,and have been widely used in clinical anesthesia in neurosurgery,cardiac surgery and pediatric surgery with remarkable results.This article will review the pharmacological characteristics of dexmedetomidine and its application in neurosurgery,cardiovascular surgery and pediatric surgery anesthesia.
