摘　　要：目的:探讨在闭合复位弹性髓内钉治疗股骨转子间骨折手术的过程中,实施手术室护理配合方法的效果。方法:选取医院收治的60例股骨转子间骨折患者,患者均进行闭合复位弹性髓内钉进行治疗,根据护理方式的不同对患者进行分组,即分为进行手术室护理的实验组患者以及进行常规护理的对照组患者,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果:实验组患者的髋关节功能评分以及疼痛评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在闭合复位弹性髓内钉治疗股骨转子间骨折的过程中,实施手术室护理配合方法的效果较好,不仅改善了患者的髋关节功能,减少了患者的疼痛感,还提高了患者的护理满意度,具有临床应用的价值。Objective:To study the effect of nursing cooperation in operating room in the process of closed reduction and elastic intramedullary nail in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods:60 patients with intertrochanteric fracture were selected.All patients were treated with closed reduction elastic intramedullary nail.According to the different nursing methods,patients were divided into two groups:the experimental group with operating room nursing and the control group with routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:the scores of hip function and pain in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur with closed reduction and elastic intramedullary nail,the effect of nursing cooperation in operating room is better.It not only improves the function of hip joint,reduces the pain of patients,but also improves the nursing satisfaction of patients,which has clinical application value.
