快速康复外科护理对卵巢癌患者术后的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究卵巢癌患者经快速康复外科护理后肠胃功能的恢复情况及舒适程度。方法:随机选取84例卵巢癌术后患者,对照组患者应用一般护理治疗,实验组患者实施快速康复外科护理,比较两组患者肠胃功能、胃动素水平、疼痛、焦虑评分等指标。结果:实验组患者肠胃功能、胃动素水平、疼痛、焦虑评分等指标均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对患者实施快速康复外科护理后,患者术后对疼痛的感知减轻,肠胃功能逐渐恢复正常,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursingon postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery and comfort in ovarian cancer patients.Methods:84 patients with ovarian cancer were randomly selected.The control group was treated with general nursing,and the experimental group was treated with rapid rehabilitation surgery.Results:The scores of gastrointestinal function,motilin level,pain and anxiety in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:After rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing,the postoperative pain is greatly reduced,and the effect of gastrointestinal recovery is remarkable,which is worthy of popularization and application.
