一款改良式儿童输液椅的设计与应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:在现有儿童输液椅基础上改良设计一款带调节脚蹬的儿童输液椅,并评价其在儿科门诊输液中的应用效果。方法:将改良设计的带调节脚蹬的儿童输液椅(专利号ZL 201820600976.6)应用于儿科门诊输液,选取输液部位在下肢的3~6岁患儿120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例,观察组使用改良设计的儿童输液椅,对照组使用普通输液椅,以家长满意度、护士满意度、静脉输液渗出率、重复穿刺率作为评价指标,评价改良设计的儿童输液椅的应用效果。结果:观察组患儿的家长满意度、护士满意度调查问卷显示改良设计的输液椅各方面得分均高于普通输液椅(P<0.05),观察组患儿的输液渗出发生率、重复穿刺率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良式儿童输液椅充分体现了设计上的人性化,使用中的便利性,值得在临床推广应用。Objective:To improve the design of a child infusion chair with adjustable foot pedal on the basis of the existing children infusion chair,and evaluate its application effect in pediatric clinic infusion.Method:improved children transfusion chair with a belt(patent no.ZL 201820600976.6)was used in pediatric outpatient infusion.3~6 years old children of 120 cases were randomly selected from January 2019 to June 3 and divided into observation group and the control group(n=60),the observation group using the improved transfusion chair,the control group using normal infusion chairs,with parents satisfaction,nurses'satisfaction,intravenous fluids seepage rate,repetitive puncture rate as the evaluation index,evaluation of improved design and application effect of children's transfusion chair was made.Results:observation group of 60 cases of patients using the improved design of children after transfusion chair,parents satisfaction increased,the nurse satisfaction questionnaire results show that the improved design of infusion fluids chair convenient operation maintenance convenience,exterior satisfaction score were higher than those of common transfusion chair(P<0.05),the incidence of transfusion leakage reduced,less repetitive puncture rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:the modified infusion chair for children fully embodies the humanization in design and convenience in use.
