摘  要:为了能有效监测超长预应力钢绞线的锚下有效预应力值,依托世界最大跨径的混凝土加劲梁悬索桥的超长预应力钢绞线(长461m)张拉工程,首次提出一种智能锚具,在锚具周边粘贴应变片测试锚具的力学特性,通过穿心式压力环同步测试验证了智能锚具测试数据的有效性。通过测试,研究了超长预应力钢绞线的孔道摩阻力、稳压时间、温度影响规律。基于精细化有限元数值模拟,验证了15孔智能锚具的测试标定公式的有效性。In order to effectively monitor the effective prestress of super-long prestressing steel strand under anchor,super-long prestressed steel strand(461 m long)of the world’s largest span suspension bridge with concrete stiffening girder is tested.Firstly,an intelligent anchor is proposed in the study,strain gauges are pasted on the anchorage to test mechanical properties of anchorage,test data of intelligent anchorage is verified by force sensors.Through testing,some factors of the super-long prestressing strand are studied,including the duct friction,stabilization time during tensioning construction stage and temperature on prestressing under anchors.Based on the refined finite element analysis,the calibration formula for 15-hole intelligent anchorage is verified.
