摘  要:以九江市某小区雨污管网改造为例,对小区因地制宜地进行源头减排、过程控制和景观提升改造,解决小区雨污混接问题;通过削减径流量,减轻初期雨水面源污染,改善排河雨水水质;通过灰绿结合方式,提高内涝防治标准,提升小区整体风貌及景观环境。同时,积极推动地方政府出台市政管网运营维护管理法律法规,以便进行市政管网运维管理,达到雨污分流的目的。Taking the renovation of rainwater sewage pipelines in a residential area of Jiujiang City as an example,the study reduces the emission of the source in accordance to geographical conditions,controls the process and improves landscape scenery in the area,so that the problem of a mixture of rainwater and sewage is solved. By reducing runoff,the pollution of the non-point source of initial rainwater is decreased and the quality of rainwater is improved. Through the combination of the grey and the green,the standard for preventing the area from being waterlogged is raised. Meanwhile,support actively local governments to enact laws and regulations on the operation,maintenance and management of municipal pipe networks,so that later on the purpose of separating rainwater from sewage in the operation,maintenance and management of municipal pipelines is achieved.
