摘 要:介绍管道非开挖修复方法,阐述固化内衬、短管及管片内衬、螺旋管内衬、牵引内衬、涂层内衬等方法的原理和工艺。结合九江十里河沿线水环境综合治理项目,对比不同管道非开挖技术的适用性,最终选择热水固化和紫外光固化法作为非开挖修复方法,这两种方法不影响交通、铺管速度快、效率高、无环境破坏、不影响人们正常工作生活,取得良好的经济和社会效益。This paper introduces the methods of repairing trenchless pipelines,including the solidification of linings,short pipes,piece linings,spiral linings,traction lining,coating lining and so on. The principles and processes of various methods are described. Through the analysis of the pipe network in the project of the comprehensive treatment of water environment along the Shili River in Jiujiang City,the applicability of the technologies to different trenchless pipelines are compared. Eventually,hot water curing and UV curing are chosen as the methods for repairing trenchless pipes. These two methods do not affect traffic. There are quick speeds of laying pipes,high efficiency,nothing damaged in the environment,no impact on people’s normal work and life. The methods have great economic and social benefits.
