摘　　要：汽车涂装静电喷涂中,雾化器表面产生的冷凝水会引起质量缺陷。文章深入分析了冷凝水的产生过程,并从现场优化和设备改进两方面入手,彻底消除雾化器表面冷凝水问题。改进后,不仅彻底消除了冷凝水引起的质量缺陷,同时也改善了机器人电器设备的工作环境。In the electrostatic spraying of automobile coating, the condensation water produced on the surface of atomizer will cause quality defects. In this paper, the generation process of condensed water is analyzed, and the problem of condensation water on the surface of atomizer is completely eliminated from two aspects of field optimization and equipment improvement.
