摘  要:随着汽油车尾气排放控制法规的日益加严,尾气后处理技术自诞生以历经数十年的发展,取得了巨大的进步。文章介绍了汽油车尾气后处理系统的技术进展与未来发展方向,从紧耦合催化器、催化剂载体、催化剂涂层三个方面分别介绍了系统的优化措施和工作特性。伴随着技术的进步,目前所采用的尾气后处理系统,能够有效地满足尾气控制有效性和耐久性的要求。With the application of stricter regulations on the exhaust emission for gasoline vehicles globally, the exhaust gas after-treatment technology has undergone decades of development since its applied and has made tremendous progress. This article introduces the technical progress and future development direction of gasoline vehicle exhaust aftertreatment system, and introduces the system optimization measures and working characteristics from three aspects: widely useof coupled catalyst,high density and thin wall thicknesscataly stsubstrates and improved coatingprocess andmaterialoncatalyst. With the improvements of technology, the exhaust gas aftertreatment system currently can effectively meet the legislation require-ments of exhaust gas effectiveness and durability.
