摘 要:针对国外某锰矿选矿精矿开展烧结试验研究,论证低品位锰矿富集后的产品制备锰系产品的可行性,烧结正交试验结果表明:在燃料配比10.0%、混合料水分14.0%、熔剂配比6.5%、烧结负压5900 Pa的条件下,获得的烧结矿成品率79.7%,利用系数0.64 t/(m2·h),固体燃耗193.9 kg/t,转鼓强度62.3%,高温冶金性能良好,符合后续冶炼工序的要求。This research aims at verifying a foreign manganese ore dressing concentrate for sintering experiment.The author has discussed about the argument in low grade manganese ore enrichment of products for the feasibility of preparation of manganese series products.The results show that,under the conditions that the ratio of fuel 10.0%,moisture 14.0%,flux 6.5%,and sintering suction 5,900 Pa,a good index of the sintering product is obtained.It is the sinter yield of 79.7%,including utilization coefficient of 0.64 t/(m2·h),solid fuel consumption of 193.9 kg/t,and drum strength of 62.3%,good high temperature metallurgical propertiesaccording to the requirement of subsequent smelting process.
