摘　　要：为提高大规模钢柱安装验收的合格率,以某地铁车辆段工程的钢柱安装施工为例,介绍了大规模钢柱加工及安装等工序的质量控制措施。通过实施过程中对构件加工、地脚预埋、钢柱安装、测量校正等工序采取多种有效的管控,钢柱安装的一次验收合格率从最初的81%提高到96%,安装效率大幅度提高,钢柱安装的质量得到有效保障,对同类工程具有较大的借鉴意义。To improve the acceptance qualified rate of large-scale steel column installation,taking the steel column installation construction of a subway depot project as an example,the quality control measures of large-scale steel column processing and installation are introduced.A variety of effective measures are taken to control the implementation process of component processing,anchor embedment,steel column installation,measurement and correction and other processes.The one time acceptance qualified rate of steel column installation increases from 81%to 96%,the installation efficiency is greatly improved,and the quality of steel column installation is effectively guaranteed.
