摘 要:为解决悬挂式电梯井底部及侧面超狭小空间支模体系搭设困难的问题,提出了利用砖胎模堆砂法模板支撑体系进行电梯井底模施工、筒模技术实现电梯井狭小空间处剪力墙施工的方法,专门对超狭小空间的模板支设和拆除进行了讨论和研究,解决了模板拆除时人员无法进入的难题,加快了施工速度,从而节约了工期。同时,避免了使用普通钢管扣件式支撑体系模板无法拆除的问题,不会对设计的力学结构和性能造成影响,避免原材料的浪费,为类似超狭小空间内剪力墙模板支设提供了参考,具有一定的推广和应用价值。To solve the difficult problem of setting up the formwork support system in the ultra narrow space at the bottom and side of the suspended elevator shaft,a method is proposed to construct the bottom formwork of the elevator shaft with the formwork support system in sand piling method of brick mould,and to realize the construction of the shear wall in the narrow space of the elevator shaft with the tube formwork technology,and the support and demolition of formwork in ultra narrow space are discussed and studied.It solves the problem that the personnel can't enter when the formwork is removed,which speeds up the construction speed and saves the construction period.At the same time,it can avoid the problem that the formwork of ordinary steel pipe buckle support system can not be removed,and will not affect the mechanical structure and performance of the design,which avoids the waste of raw materials,provides a reference for the support of shear wall formwork in similar ultra narrow space,and has a certain promotion and application value.
