摘  要:为解决玻璃纤维增强水泥(GRC)构件在严寒环境下出现表层剥落、起皮甚至强度降低等问题,对双掺矿物掺合料且以改性普硅水泥为基材的GRC试件的抗冻性能进行试验研究,对比分析冻融循环前后GRC试件力学性能的试验数据,从而确定最优的双掺矿物掺合料配合比。试验结果表明:经过冻融循环后,双掺10%硅灰和20%粉煤灰以及双掺10%硅灰和20%偏高岭土能够有效提高GRC试件的抗弯强度与抗冲击强度。To solve the problems of surface spalling,peeling and even strength reduction of glass fiber reinforced cement(GRC)components in severe cold environment,the frost resistance properties of GRC specimens with double mixing mineral admixtures and modified ordinary silica cement as the base material was tested and studied.The experimental data of mechanical properties of GRC specimens before and after freeze-thaw cycle were compared and analyzed,so as to determine the optimal mix proportion of double mixed mineral admixtures.The results show that:after freeze-thaw cycle,the bending and impact strength of GRC specimens can be effectively improved by double mixing 10%silica fume and 20%fly ash,and double mixing 10%silica fume and 20%metakaolin.
