摘  要:灌注桩施工过程中,其桩身完整性受制于诸多未知因素,个别桩会出现断桩和桩顶标高距设计标高过大等现象,导致桩身长度不足和承载力不满足设计要求等问题。在浇筑混凝土时发现的断桩,多采用下沉混凝土管湿作业方法进行接桩。但是,在混凝土浇筑完成且已达到龄期要求时,发现断桩或桩顶标高距设计标高过大的灌注桩,其接桩方法尚无确切的方案。基于有限元数值分析,阐述一种钢护筒接桩法。实践证明,该方法具有一定的经济性、实用性和可靠性。In the process of cast-in-place pile construction,the integrity of the pile body is subject to many unknown factors,some piles will appear the phenomenon of pile break and pile top elevation distance design elevation is too large,resulting in the pile body length is insufficient and the bearing capacity can not meet the design requirements of a series of problems. For the broken piles found in pouring concrete,the wet operation method of sinking concrete pipe is mostly adopted to connect the piles. However,when the concrete pouring is completed and the age requirement has been reached,there is no exact plan for the method of pile extension for the cast-in-place pile whose elevation is too high for the design of pile break or pile top elevation distance. Based on the finite element numerical analysis,this paper describes a method of extending bored pile by steel liners. The practice has proved that this method is economical,practical and reliable.
