针药并用治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察针药并用治疗脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)的临床疗效及其对患者血清中脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)及神经生长因子(NGF)的影响。方法将100例PSD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组采用针刺配合口服逍遥丸治疗,对照组采用口服盐酸氟西汀胶囊治疗。观察两组治疗前后汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及血清中BDNF、NGF含量的变化情况。结果两组治疗后HAMD评分及血清中BDNF、NGF含量与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后HAMD评分及血清中BDNF、NGF含量与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针药并用是一种治疗脑卒中后抑郁的有效方法,能提高患者血清中BDNF、NGF含量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus medication in treating post-stroke depression(PSD)and its effects on serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and nerve growth factor(NGF).Method One hundred PSD patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture plus oral administration of Xiao Yao pills,while the control group was given oral administration of Fluoxetine hydrochloride.The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score and serum contents of BDNF and NGF were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Result The HAMD score and serum contents of BDNF and NGF changed significantly after treatment in both groups(P<0.05).After intervention,the HAMD score and serum contents of BDNF and NGF in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture plus medication is an effective approach for PSD;it can enhance the serum contents of BDNF and NGF.
