摘　　要：针刺手法是针灸临床操作的基本技能,是针灸学的重要组成部分之一。针灸学者通过大量实验研究和临床实践,在针刺手法的定量化采集、分析及量效关系等方面取得了较多成绩,对针刺效应有了进一步的科学认识。通过对针刺手法特征参数的采集和分析,建立针刺手法数学模型、研发仿真针刺设备,从而定量化、规范化和标准化地研究针刺手法,以探究针刺原理,并为提高临床疗效提供理论依据。Acupuncture manipulation is the basic skill of clinical operation of acupuncture and one of the important components of acupuncture.Acupuncture scholars have made many achievements in the quantitative collection,analysis and quantity-effect relationship of acupuncture manipulation and acquired a further scientific understanding of acupuncture effect through a lot of experimental studies and clinical practice.A mathematic model of acupuncture manipulation was made and simulation acupuncture equipment was developed by collecting and analyzing the characteristic parameters of acupuncture manipulation to conduct a quantitative,normalized and standardized study of acupuncture manipulation,investigate the mechanism of acupuncture action and provide a theoretical basis for improvement in clinical therapeutic effect.
