智能仓储物流中心在某医药企业的应用研究

摘　　要：针对某医药企业业务特点,结合入库、出库任务的多样性及药品物流系统的特殊性,提出了以物流中心为中枢,面向多用户、多对象的自动化、信息化的智能仓储物流系统。详细阐述了药品从车间到仓储,再到拣选发货的物流全过程;设计研发了基于流利货架的自动补货系统、超高频RFID读取、复核系统,实现了瓶、箱、托盘三级的库存管理方式;智能仓储物流中心实现了药品从车间到仓储,再到拣选发货的全过程的自动化和智能化,降低人工成本,提高入出库效率。In this paper,takes the logistics center of pharmaceutical enterprise.as the case,combines the diversity of inbound and outbound system and the particularity of drug logistics system,and proposes an automation and information intelligent warehouse logistics system which takes logistics center as the hub.Secondly,this paper elaborates the whole logistics process of medicine from workshop,storage,picking to delivering.At the same time,we designed and developed an automatic bottle sorting system,an automatic replenishment system based on fluent shelves,and an ultra-high frequency RFID reading and reviewing system,which realizes the inventory management of bottle,box,pallet three-level.Finally,the actual use efficiency of the system is evaluated.
