小钛板坚强固定术治疗下颌骨骨折的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探究对下颌骨骨折患者施行小钛板坚强固定术治疗的效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年12月山东省阳信县人民医院收治70例下颌骨骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(35例,施行小钛板坚强固定术治疗)与对照组(35例,施行牙弓夹板颊间结扎术治疗)。均随访2个月,对比两组患者手术时间、治疗总有效率、术后恢复情况(疼痛持续时间、术后活动时间、进食时间及出院时间)、骨折愈合时间、满意度评分、菌斑指数、软垢指数及并发症发生率。结果观察组手术时间、疼痛持续时间、术后活动时间、进食时间、出院时间及骨折愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率97.14%,高于对照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率5.71%,低于对照组的22.86%(P<0.05);观察组术后2个月菌斑指数及软垢指数均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对下颌骨骨折患者施行小钛板坚强固定术治疗有助于促进术后恢复及骨折愈合,减少并发症发生,满意度更佳。Objective To explore the effect of rigid fixation with small titanium plate in the treatment of mandibular fracture.Methods Totally 70 patients with mandibular fractures from Yangxin County People's Hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group(35 cases,treated with small titanium plate rigid fixation)and the control group(35 cases were treated with dental arch splint interbuccal ligation).All patients were followed up for 2 months.The operation time,total effective rate,postoperative recovery(pain duration,postoperative activity time,eating time and discharge time),fracture healing time,satisfaction score,plaque index,soft scale index and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,pain duration,postoperative activity time,eating time,discharge time and fracture healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group 97.14%was higher than that of the control group 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group 5.71%was lower than that in the control group 22.86%(P<0.05);The plaque index and soft scale index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group 2 months after operation(P<0.05);the satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rigid fixation with small titanium plate is helpful to promote postoperative recovery and fracture healing,reduce complications and improve satisfaction.
