摘　　要：目的分析氯雷他定联合甘露聚糖肽治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月江苏省如皋宏康皮肤诊所收治的80例慢性荨麻疹患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组患者口服氯雷他定+甘露聚糖肽治疗,对照组患者口服氯雷他定治疗。比较分析两组免疫球蛋白E(IgE)定性、嗜酸细胞计数、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、治疗总有效率、皮肤病生活质量指数评分(DLQI)与荨麻疹活动性评分(UAS)。结果观察组IgE定性检测2项及以上过敏原结果呈阳性患者例数明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者嗜酸细胞计数、CRP水平及DLQI评分、UAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氯雷他定联合甘露聚糖肽联合治疗慢性荨麻疹可有效控制患者病情进展,降低患者机体嗜酸细胞计数和CRP水平,有效提升患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the efficacy of loratadine combined with mannan peptide in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods Totally 80 patients with chronic urticaria admitted to Hongkang Skin Clinic from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases each.The observation group was treated with loratadine+mannan peptide orally,and the control group was treated with loratadine orally.Qualitative observation of IgE,eosinophil count,CRP,total effective rate of treatment,DLQI and UAS were compared between the two groups.Results The number of allergen-positive patients with two or more IgE qualitative items in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,eosinophil count,CRP level,DLQI score and UAS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the control group was lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Loratadine combined with mannan peptide in the treatment of chronic urticaria can effectively control the progress of patients,reduce the eosinophil count and CRP level,and effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
