摘　　要：目的探讨分析368例女性冠心病患者冠状动脉特点。方法选取2017年1月至2019年6月大庆龙南医院(齐齐哈尔医学院第五附属医院)收治的368例女性冠心病患者设为研究组,并选取同时期338例男性冠心病患者设为对照组,回顾性分析患者基本病历资料,对两组患者的临床特征以及冠状动脉特点进行比较。再将研究组≥60岁207例患者和<60岁161例患者分成两组,并分析该两组的临床特征以及冠状动脉特点。结果研究组临床特征以及冠状动脉特点与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),≥60岁组临床特征以及冠状动脉特点与<60岁组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论女性冠心病患者冠状动脉病变较多,60岁以上女性与60岁以下女性的临床特征和冠状动脉特点均存在明显的差异,老年女性发病率,病变支数均较多,因此要对老年女性更为注意,积极治疗。Objective To investigate the coronary artery characteristics of 368 female patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A retrospective analysis Daqing Longnan Hospital(the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College)in January 2017 to June 2019,choose 368 cases of female patients with coronary heart disease(CHD),is set to the team,and at the same time,338 cases of male patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)is set to the control group,the clinical features of two groups and comparing characteristics of coronary artery,the team was divided into≥207 cases,60 and<60 years old two group 161 examples,analysis the clinical features of two groups as well as the characteristics of coronary artery.Results The clinical characteristics and coronary artery characteristics of the≥60 years old group were different from that of the<60 years old group(P<0.05),and the clinical characteristics and coronary artery characteristics of the study group were different from that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Female patients with coronary heart disease have more coronary artery diseases,and there are significant differences in the clinical characteristics and coronary artery characteristics between women over 60 years old and women under 60 years old.
