摘　　要：为了分析旧水泥混凝土路面加铺沥青面层设计,依托某国道改扩建工程,首先对旧水泥混凝土路面进行路面损坏状况及承载能力检测,然后根据检测状况对具体病害制订了有针对性的处治设计方案。结果显示:旧水泥混凝土路面整体破损状况达到“差”级,且左幅路面破损率DR约为右幅的2倍;左右幅旧水泥混凝土路面承载能力均较好;板底脱空需采用注浆法进行处治,贯穿裂缝需制定有针对性的灌缝方案。破碎板处治时,若传力杆或拉杆损坏,需采用植筋法恢复处治;若下承层扰动或破损,需采用C15贫混凝土恢复补强。为保证旧水泥路面与加铺沥青结构层之间的粘结性能;当发现旧水泥路面表层刻槽磨损严重时,应采用精铣刨或抛丸处治,且应选取试验段进行橡胶沥青应力吸收层与旧水泥混凝土路面拉拔试验。工程运营两年的结果显示,加铺设计及处治方案精准可行,具有较好的推广使用价值。In order to analyze the design of asphalt overlay on the old cement concrete pavement,relying on the reconstruction and expansion project of a national highway,the damage condition and bearing capacity of the old cement concrete pavement are firstly detected,and then the targeted treatment design scheme for the specific disease is formulated according to the detection status.The results show that:the overall damage condition of the old cement concrete pavement reaches the"poor"level,and the damage rate DR of the left pavement is about 2 times of that of the right one;the bearing capacity of the left and right old cement concrete pavement is better;the void at the bottom of the slab needs to be treated by grouting method,and the targeted grouting scheme should be formulated for penetrating cracks.When the broken slab is treated,if the dowel bar or tie bar is damaged,the reinforcement method should be adopted;if the lower bearing layer is disturbed or damaged,C15 lean concrete should be used for restoration and reinforcement.In order to ensure the bonding performance between the old cement pavement and the overlay asphalt structural layer,when the surface groove of the old cement pavement is seriously worn,the fine milling or shot blasting treatment should be adopted,and the test section should be selected for the pull-out test between the rubber asphalt stress absorption layer and the old cement concrete pavement.The results of two years'operation show that,the overlay design and treatment scheme is accurate and feasible,with better promotion and usage value.
