摘　　要：基于卫勤支援船所承担的职能任务,通过参考外军先进经验做法,结合笔者医院野战医疗队实际,通过多次模拟实训,改良优化了传统检伤分类方法和工作程序,探索制定一套适用于战时民用船舶改装成的卫勤支援船检伤分类标准化工作流程,涵盖职能定位、加改装建议、人员设置及职责分工、分类场布置、伤情评估方法及分类流程等。通过标准化模拟训练,提升了检伤分类的准确性,减少了伤病员在分类场滞留时间,提高了伤病员救治效率。Based on the functional and tasks undertaken by the medical support vessel,by referring to the advanced experience and practice of foreign troops,combined with the actual situation of the field medical team of our unit,through many simulation training,the traditional methods and working procedures of injury detection and classification were improved and optimized,and a set of standardized working process for injury detection and classification of the medical support vessel suitable for the refitting of civil ships in wartime was explored and formulated,it included the functional positioning,additional refitting and construction discussion,personnel setting and responsibility division,classification field layout,injury assessment method and classification process,etc.Through standardized simulation training,it could improve the accuracy of classification,reduce the detention time of patients in the classification field,and improve the efficiency of treatment.
