摘　　要：目的探讨基于赋能理论访谈中军队医院文职人员卫勤保障水平和体会,为制定训练方案、提高保障能力提供依据。方法采用目的抽样法,选取笔者医院近5年参加过实兵演习等大项遂行保障任务的9名文职人员,采用基于赋能理论提纲对其进行半结构式访谈并收集资料,访谈结束后运用Colaizzi7步分析法进行整理归纳,提取主题词。结果提炼归纳了与卫勤保障能力有关的5个主题:军事体能、战救技能、心理压力、军人素养、使命感成就感。结论建议以野战医疗队为平台,卫勤保障任务为牵引,将文职人员政治素质与军事体能的培养长期化、系统化,战救技能训练贴合实战要求,在大项任务中锤炼提高文职人员自身综合素质和卫勤保障能力。Objective To explore the level and experience of medical support of civilian staff in military hospitals based on the interview of empowerment theory,so as to provide basis for the development of training programs and the improvement of support ability.Method Using the method of objective sampling,nine civilian personnel who have participated in the actual military exercises and other major support tasks in 970 Hospital of PLA in recent five years were selected,and semi-structured interview and data collection were carried out based on the outline of empowerment theory.After the interview,the data were analyzed,summarized and theme words by using the 7-step data analysis method of Colaizzi.Result Five themes related to medical support ability are summarized:military physical ability,combat rescue skills,psychological pressure,military accomplishment,sense of mission and achievement.Conclusion It is suggested that the political literacy and military physical fitness of the civilian staff in the general team hospital should be cultivated in a long-term and systematic way on the basis of the medical support task.The training of combat rescue skills should be adapted to the actual combat requirements.The training should be based on the platform of field medical contigen and carried out from the major tasks to further improve the comprehensive quality and medical support ability of the civilian staff-self.
