摘  要:为了给百姓提供安全放心的畜产品,辽宁省率先提出动物“无抗养殖”理念。为了推进和验证“全程无抗养殖”的实际效果,试验选取省内4个肉鸡养殖场作为试验地点,以中医药为核心,采用圈舍消毒、“无抗饲喂”、益生菌的应用、鸡舍配套设备等一整套辅助养殖管理方法,饲养出6批49万只商品肉鸡的成功案例。经权威机构检测,其肉产品中无抗生素残留。研究结果表明,“全程无抗养殖”具备饲料效能高、安全性能高、肉类品质高、生产成本低、环境污染小、发展前景好的特点。In order to provide safe and secure animal products to people,Liaoning Province took the lead in proposing the concept of'anti-resistant breeding'of animals.In order to promote and verify the actual effect of'the whole process of breeding without resistance',the experiment selected four broiler farms in the province as the test site,with a complete set of auxiliary breeding management methods,using traditional Chinese medicine as the core,pen disinfection,'no resistance feeding',application of probiotics and supporting equipment of the chicken house,to feed six batches of successful cases of 490000 commercial broilers.Tested by authoritative institutions,there was no antibiotic residues in its meat products.Based on the test results,the'full-process non-antibiotic breeding'has the characteristics of high feed efficiency,high safety performance,high meat quality,low production cost,low environmental pollution and good development prospects.
