摘 要:针对大开口葵花形索穹顶新型大跨度空间结构形式特点,结合现场实际情况,对巨型内环桁架整体带索提升施工中的安装方案、支撑胎架布置、拉索安装与张拉、支撑胎架卸载、协同模拟分析、健康监测等关键技术进行分析与研究。实践表明,采用"低空拼装、同步提升、累积安装、协同施工"的不对称大开口巨型桁架整体提升方法,既能加快施工进度,又能保证施工过程安全,顺利完成国内外首例索穹顶结构内环桁架整体提升。According to the characteristics of sunflower-shaped cable dome with large opening,combined with the actual situation of the site,the key technologies of installation scheme,support bed-jig layout,cable installation and tension, support bed-jig unloading, collaborative simulation analysis, health monitoring and other key technologies in the construction of giant inner ring truss integral cable lifting are analyzed and studied. The practice shows that the integral lifting method of asymmetric large truss with large opening by low altitude assembly,synchronous lifting,cumulative installation and collaborative construction can not only speed up the construction progress,but also ensure the safety of the construction process,and successfully complete the whole lifting of the inner ring truss of cable dome structure at home and abroad.
