摘　　要：某钢铁集团原料场封闭料棚项目为超大跨预应力管桁架结构,采用高空拉索安装、分级张拉的方法完成大跨度预应力拉索安装。介绍施工及预应力张拉方案,分析拉索安装应用难点,详细阐述预应力拉索关键施工技术及预应力拉索过程控制技术。在该项目中,将预应力拉索安装工艺结合工程现场实际情况,灵活应用,合理改进。The closed materal shed project of a steel group stockyard is a super large span prestressed pipe truss structure. The installation of large span prestressed cables is completed by high-altitude cable installation and graded tension. This paper introduces the construction and prestressed tension scheme,analyzes the difficulties of cable installation and application, and expounds the key construction technology and process control of prestressed cable in detail. In this project,the installation technology of prestressed cable is combined with the actual situation of the project site,which can be flexibly applied and reasonably improved.
