摘 要:提出一种钢结构梁柱灌浆锚固节点连接方法,即利用高强混凝土或水泥基灌浆料将钢梁与钢柱锚固连接。利用ABAQUS建立传统焊接及灌浆锚固节点连接2种不同连接方式的有限元模型,对比研究构件在静力荷载和低周往复荷载作用下的受力性能。研究结果表明:在2种不同连接方式下,结构构件在静力荷载和低周往复荷载作用下受力性能基本一致,采用新型灌浆锚固节点连接方式可解决钢结构制作加工、安装过程中存在误差的问题,使钢结构连接节点优于其他连接形式且可提高现场安装效率,降低成本。This paper presents a method for the connection of steel structure beam and column grouted anchorage joint,which uses high strength concrete or cement-based grouting material to anchor the steel beam to the steel column. ABAQUS is used to establish the finite element models of two different connection modes of traditional welded and grouted anchor joints,and the mechanical properties of the members under static load and low cycle reciprocating load are compared and studied. The research results show that,under the two different connection modes,the mechanical properties of structural members under static load and low cycle reciprocating load are basically the same. Adopting the new grouted anchor joint connection mode can solve the problem of error in the process of steel structure manufacturing,processing and installation,which makes the steel structure connection joint better than other connection forms,and can improve the field installation efficiency and reduce the cost.
