摘 要:为研究大豆油分含量分子标记遗传规律,解析不同类型分子标记对油分含量的贡献及作用,以高油大豆品种合农75及其亲本为试验材料,利用毛细管电泳技术检测39个油分含量SSR分子标记在合农75及其亲本的PCR片段长度,分析油分分子标记在亲本及品种中的遗传规律。结果表明,有15个SSR分子标记在合农75与母本合丰50间具有一致PCR片段长度,遗传率为38.46%,这些标记属于高油分子标记;有4个SSR标记在合农75与父本抗线4号间具有一致PCR片段长度,遗传率为10.26%,这些标记属于高油潜力分子标记;有18个标记在子代与双亲间共同存在,遗传率为46.15%,这些标记属于油分含量基础标记。因此,合农75遗传于母本合丰50的标记数量为33个,遗传贡献率为84.62%;合农75遗传于父本抗线4号的标记数量为22个,遗传贡献率为56.41%;合农75共同遗传于双亲标记数量为18个,遗传贡献率为46.15%。In order to investigate the genetic rules of oil content-related molecular markers in soybean and analyze the contribution of different molecular markers to oil content,the PCR fragment lengths of 39 oil content-related SSR molecular markers in Henong 75 and its parents were determined by capillary electrophoresis,and the genetic patterns of these markers between parents and offsprings were also studied.The results showed that there were 15 SSR molecular markers with consistent PCR fragment length between Henong 75 and Hefeng 50,and the genetic rate was 38.46%.These markers belonged to high oil content-related molecular markers.Also,there were 4 SSR markers with a consistent PCR fragment length with a 10.26% genetic rate between Henong 75 and paternal Kangxian 4 and these markers were potentially high oil content-related molecular markers.Additionally,there were 18 markers co-existing between progenies and parents,with a genetic rate of 46.15%,and these markers were identified as the basic markers of oil content.Therefore,there were 33 SSR markers in Henong 75 from female parent Hefeng 50 with 84.62% genetic contribution ratio while there were 22 markers in it from male parent Kangxian 50 with 56.41% genetic contribution ratio.And,there were 18 markers in Henong 75 from parents with 46.15% genetic contribution ratio.
