摘  要:为了筛选棉花芽期抗旱相关性状,探索性状指标评价方法,揭示不同棉花材料的抗旱性,以73份不同基因型的棉花种质为材料,利用PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫进行棉花芽期的抗旱性筛选鉴定。结果表明,发芽率、下胚轴长度和48 h吸水率的相对值两两之间呈极显著正相关关系,这3项指标可作为抗旱性评价指标。使用隶属函数法对3项指标进行综合性评价,根据隶属函数值划分抗旱等级,最终筛选出高抗旱材料1份(辽棉10),抗旱材料28份,耐旱材料38份,不耐旱材料6份(冀省病检17、海兴耐盐6、百棉17、7 M 163、17 P 773和辽棉31)。In order to screen drought resistance-related traits of cotton at bud seedling stage,explore the evaluation methods of character indexes and reveal the drought-resistance of different cotton materials,the drought resistance of 73 cotton germplasms with different genotypes was screened and identified under PEG-6000 simulated drought stress.The results showed that germination rate,hypocotyl length and relative value of water absorption at 48 h both were significantly positively correlated,and these 3 indexes could be used as evaluation indexes of drought resistance.Combined comprehensive evaluation of the 3 indexes by subordinate function analysis(SFA)with drought resistance rating based on the subordinate function value,one high drought-resistant material(Liaomian 10),28 drought-resistant materials,38 drought-tolerant materials and 6 non-drought-tolerant materials,including Jishengbingjian 17,Haixingnaiyan 6,Baimian 17,7 M 163,17 P 773 and Liaomian 31 were selected.
