摘  要:以11个白菜型冬油菜品种(系)为材料,探讨白菜型冬油菜由传统种植区(天水)北移至强冬性区种植后,品种(系)的产量及其相关性状的变异。结果表明,与原产区(天水)相比,北移种植后植株变矮、分枝降低、主花序长度变短、主花序角果减少、根部变小、全株角果数表现出减少的趋势、一次分枝和二次分枝增多,株形变差;角果长度、角粒数、根长等性状有所改善;茎直径与根直径呈极显著正相关(p<0.01),株高与主花序角果数呈显著正相关(p<0.05);硬脂酸、亚油酸、廿碳烯酸、芥酸和含油量均呈降低趋势,硫苷除会宁试点外其它各点表现出降低趋势,棕榈酸、油酸、亚麻酸呈上升趋势;产量除会宁试点外,其它各点表现降低的趋势,且产量性状对全株角果数表现出极显著的正相关性(p<0.01)。本研究结果能够为白菜型冬油菜的北移育种提供科学依据。In this paper,11 cabbage-type winter rape varieties(lines)were used to study the variation of yield and yield-related characters after they were planted from traditional planting area(Tianshui)to strong winter region.The results showed that the agronomic characters of rapeseed planted in strong winter region changed compared with the original planting area(Tianshui),including shorter plant height,lesser branching number,shorter main inflorescence length,lesser silique number in main inflorescence,smaller root diameter,lesser silique number in whole plant,more primary and secondary branching number and poorer plant shape,and the characters of silique length,silique number and root length were improved.There was a significant positive correlation between stem diameter and root diameter(p<0.01),while there was a significant positive correlation between plant height and the silique number of main inflorescence(p<0.05).Stearic acid,linoleic acid,eicosenoic acid,erucic acid and oil content all showed a decreasing trend,and the thioglycoside of winter rapes planted in the other test points except Huining area showed a decreasing trend while the palmitic acid,oleic acid and linolenic acid showed an increasing trend.Except Huining area,the yield of winter rapes at other points showed a decreasing trend,and the yield characters showed an extremely significant positive correlation to the silique number in whole plant(p<0.01).The results of this study could provide scientific basis for breeding of cabbage-type winter rapeseed in north strong winter region.
