摘  要:埕岛海洋平台处于极端恶劣的海洋腐蚀环境中,筛选和建立适用于海洋平台上部组块、飞溅区的高性能长效涂层防护体系具有重要意义。通过对适用于埕岛海洋平台的涂层防护体系的初步筛选、现场评价实验、实验室模拟实验和海洋平台涂层预涂装试验,确认了筛选改进的涂层防护体系具有良好的现场适用性,并以此为基础制定了适用于埕岛海洋平台的涂层防护技术文件和标准,建立了适合海洋平台上部组块和飞溅区使用的涂层防护体系。目前该涂层防护体系已成功应用于30余座埕岛海洋平台。实践证明,新的涂层防护体系适用于低表面处理场合,具有涂层表面平整均匀,涂层膜固化后附着力高等特点。It is of great significance to screen and establish a high-performance and long-acting coating protection system suitable for the topsides and splash zones of Chengdao offshore platforms located in extremely severe marine corrosion environment.Based on the preliminary screening,field evaluation,laboratory simulation and pre-coating test of the coating protection system suitable for Chengdao offshore platforms,it is confirmed that the improved coating protection system has good field applicability.On this basis,the technical documents and standards of coating protection suitable for the offshore platforms are formulated,and the coating protection system suitable for the topsides and splash zones of the offshore platforms is established.At present,the coating protection system has been successfully applied in more than 30 Chengdao offshore platforms.It is proved that the new coating protection system is suitable for surface-tolerant coating treatment,and has the characteristics of flat and uniform coating surface and high adhesion after curing.
