摘 要:顶张式生产立管是深水生产立管的典型形式,为了避免其产生疲劳破坏,设计、安装和维护过程中需要分析动力性能。基于ABAQUS进行了顶张式生产立管几何模型建模、附加质量模拟、单元离散、张力和重力作用下模态计算方法的研究,形成了顶张式生产立管模态数值模拟方法。计算了不同边界、单元类型和离散密度情况下结构的前10阶模态。通过分析得知,固支边界条件和简支边界条件下前10阶固有频率之间的差别基本稳定;单元类型和密度对高阶固有频率影响较大,建议在高阶模态分析时采用三节点梁单元,并提高网格密度。Top tensioned production riser is a typical form of deepwater riser.In order to avoid fatigue damage,it is necessary to analyze the riser dynamic performance in the stages of design,installation and maintenance.Based on ABAQUS,the geometric modeling,additional mass simulation,element discretization and modal calculation under tension and gravity actions for top-tensioned production riser were studied,and the modal numerical simulation method for top-tensioned production riser was formed.The first to tenth order modes of the structures with different boundary,element type and discrete density were calculated.It shows that the difference of the natural frequencies of ten modes between fixed boundary condition and pinned boundary condition is basically stable,and the type and density of elements have a great influence on the high-order natural frequencies.It is suggested that the three-node beam element should be used in the high-order modal analysis,and the mesh density should be increased.
